Hi Dion,
It could just be a case of giving it time. You have a large number of manufacturers selected, and the Synch process is ordered so that the largest libraries synch first. It's not unusual to see it take a long time to get through the first stages, but it accelerates later as the synching libraries become smaller and smaller.
If you really believe it's hung (e.g. no progress for more than 1 hour) you could deselect all but one library, confirm that that synchronises, and then add back in the other manufacturers you want in small groups.
If a selection of just one library fails to synch then your local database may be corrupt. You can force a complete resynch by deleting the local database file. Follow this procedure: 1) Close SD7.2 2) Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the SD7.2 data folder, usually: “C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Stardraw.com Ltd\Stardraw Design 7.2\1.0.0.0” 3) Delete the .sdf file with a long alphanumeric name and ending in –Application e.g. “556c62ed-1597-4721-a796-7a203dea4287-Application.sdf” 4) Restart SD7.2 and allow Synchronization to complete before opening any drawings.
Kind regards, Rob Robinson Stardraw.com
