I have created 2 files but upon re-opening, several products, mostly UDP's have lost the grid alignment. Once I recall same from library, these align perfectly, same happened upon first time insertion. The only problem occurs once re-opening the file.
Any suggestions?

Closing/opening a file does not move objects, but if you can reliably reproduce the effect please send the file to techsupport@stardraw.com along with instructions on how the reproduce the problem.

It seems more likely, though, that you may have performed some action on these symbols without realising it.

If symbols have been moved off the grid you can re-align them to the grid using:
a) Rightclick, Align Origins to Grid, or
b) Arrange Menu | Align to Grid | Symbol Origins

I hope this is helpful.

Kind regards,
