Ive called two times last week and I was brought to an answering machine basically stating that a support person / CSR would get back to me as soon is one was available. It's been 5 days and I have yet to recieve a call back. I'm not too sure what else I am to do. I have a few questions about the software we purchased.

I think I should have been a little more specific on the day I called. It was Wednesday of last week. What are the chances of us getting a class of the software? Costs ect?
We're really eager to use the software to it's full ability. So far we love it for the Rack Elevations.
