This maintenance update includes minor bug fixes and improvements to behaviors:
1) Fix to ensure that the Transparency property in the Properties Grid is correctly applied to any image object.  The transparency of an image can be defined using values from 0 (fully opaque) to 1 (fully transparent). 
2) Major improvements to the way in which images, symbols and objects can be re-sized.  Proportional resizing (resize while holding down the Shift key), particularly of images, is now very robust and rendering of objects during resizing is much improved, being smoother and with fewer temporary artefacts.
3) In very rare cases where the user.config file might become corrupt or otherwise be inaccessible, SD7.1 would be unable to start.  Enhancements to the startup process ensure that the application can instantiate even with a bad or missing user.config file creating, in these cases, a new user.config file with default settings.
4) In the User Defined Products wizard, Product Details page, the apostrophe character (') can now be used in any text field.
