Error on downloading symbols

Ok, meanwhile I got all the UDPs. Now waiting for the Stardraw Products to download...

We're used to long download times for new installations, no problem. And as soon as someone has time, we'll clean up our library a bit :-)
Did you fix the problem for zueger@auviso.ch? This is the company account we use. I closed everything, logged out, restarted the application, logged in again. Waited until status bar says "ready", openend a drawing, waited for "ready" again - but still nothing (but the new, intermediate stuff I made this afternoon)...

Hi Phil,
We have identified and fixed the problem with your UDPs in Cloud storage - please try it again and let us know if there are any further problems.
Note that because of the size of your UDP library (nearly 30,000 products and symbols) synchronization to a new machine could take quite a long time: please be patient and wait for Synchronization Complete and then Ready to display in the Stardraw Design 7.1 Status Bar before trying to use the Product Browser.  Opening a drawing window before synchronization is fully complete would explain why the Product Browser appeared to be empty.

Hi Rob

I installed SD 7.1 on a new computer and can't get any symbols in the Product Browser.

- Installed StarDraw 7.1
- Signed In with our company account
- Messages showing in status bar after signing in:
  - Synchronizing / ... / Downloading UDP Symbols / Synchronisation complete / A foreign key value cannot be inserted because a corresponding primary key value does not exist...
  Complete error: see screen shot: Error in Status Bar
- After a while, the error disappears and the status bar says "Ready"
- However, the product browser stays empty for both UDPs and Stardraw Products

I tried opening/closing the application and signing out and in again several times - without success... But I could create a new UDP from scratch and this now shows up in the Product Browser.

Any idea what went wrong?
