Fixes issue where Cable Presets might be lost if the Personalization dialog was opened before synchronization of Cable Presets was complete.
Improves robustness of UDP synchronization.
Installer updated so that, for new installations:
The latest dongle drivers are included
SQL CE is installed as a prerequisite in all cases
Installation behavior on Windows 8 is improved
