Minor maintenance update that fixes issues reported in the field.
Fixes crashing bug if using Escape key to terminate Cable tool during drawing, having placed only the start point of a Cable.
Fixes issue where importing a .S01 file when a .S07 project is already open might cause a crash.
Fixes issue caused when re-synchronizing manufacturer libraries when synchronization is already in progress.
