  • New Cable Arc tool added to Plan View module: makes it easy to document cable runs between installed products. A single click-drag creates each arc and use of the Snap to Path modifier ensures accurate connections. Cable Arcs feature a pre-defined 90° Sweep Angle and drag-drop editing: drag mid-points to change sweep angle and endpoints to re-size the arc. The Ctrl key allows you to 'flip' the Cable Arc on-the-fly.
  • Help: a comprehensive online Help system is now available, accessible from the Stardraw Design 7 Start Page and from the Help button and menu.
  • Save: enhancements have been made to the Save process to make it impossible to create corrupted files or overwrite 'last-known-good' data, even in the face of catastrophic hardware failure or power outages.
  • Fixes issue which might prevent paste of objects into drawings with hidden layers.
  • Fixes issue in which use of arrow keys on keyboard to move objects might change the behavior of dynamic zoom and pan using mousewheel.
  • Improvements in Properties Grid behavior when working with multiple selections of different object types.
  • Improvements to UI when using Cable Label tool.
  • Plan View now uses Work Layer as the default current layer.
