Product Search - no mfr/environment lists

Just run Stardraw AV after a short break and it updated the program. Over Online Libraries, within the Product Search window I can't select from Manufacturers or Environment lists - it just shows "All". Have I inadvertently done something and/or do I need to reset something?

Cheers

Tim

You should check your Internet connection as it will call to our webserver to retrieve this list.

Thanks David

Connection is a bit slow today, so if I leave the Search window open will it eventually connect or just timeout? Also had new Sophos AntiVirus installed yesterday do you recommend any exclusions?

The Search Window won't appear until it has got the list (or not).

As for Anti Virus exclusions, yes, you should add Sophos AntiVirus Wink

Try disabling this temporarily to see if it works.

David

Tried with Sophos disabled and still no lists. What next?

Do you have a proxy server?

Do you see any online libraries?

Connected to internet via Vigor modem - no changes made.

Yes, the online libraries appear and symbols can be dragged on to the drawing.

Tim,

I'm pleased to say that we have now resolved this issue and it should now "just work" for you.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you and please let us know if you continue to have any problems.

Yes - it 'just works' - thanks for fixing this quickly. I also noticed the Environment is preselected.

Thanks

Tim

So what was the fix with the search, because I have the same problem, even with offline libraries.

This should now be working for you - the problem was on the back-end following a DNS change.

Hi Tim can you tell me what exactly happened due to which list is not retrieved? Was that an internet connection problem or some other one?
