I am working on a project that I have to finalize and get printed today, June 11, 2009. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I need to export multiple drawings as DWG files to import into AutoCAD. When I "File/Save As" I select AutoCAD 2005 DWG from the drop down menu. When the "Define DWG/DXF Units" pop-up appears I select the box "Export Visible Layers Only." Unfortunately once I import the file into AutoCAD I still see the rear and side views stacked on top of the front view. How can I eliminate this problem without having to manually delete all of the information I do not want out of AutoCAD? I only need to see the front view, and without any extra labels or information.

Thanks for the help,

Brandon

I have had a similar experience with this matter.  The way I solved it was to perform an "audit" and then a "purge" prior to importing any StarDraw DWG files.

It is best practice to do this before any Stardraw file is imported.

Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions and ro concerns.
