User Defined Products are not syn

Group: Administrators Posts: 2.3K, Visits: 9K	Please email techsupport@stardraw.com with the following information: The email address with which you sign in to SD7.3/SD7.4 (confirm that you are using the same account for both applications) Confirmation that, having started SD7.4, you have seen in the Status Bar that synchronization has run and that you see the messages "Synchronization Complete" and then "Ready".
