User Defined Products are not syn

I have recently installed Stardraw 7.4. My User defined products are not syn. It is fine when I use 7.3.

Please email techsupport@stardraw.com with the following information:
  • The email address with which you sign in to SD7.3/SD7.4 (confirm that you are using the same account for both applications)
  • Confirmation that, having started SD7.4, you have seen in the Status Bar that synchronization has run and that you see the messages "Synchronization Complete" and then "Ready".
  • If you see any error messages, please include them in the email.
