License Not Activating

We have a star draw dongle and I purchased a subscription to stay up to date but when I start the software and logged in no option is given to take that license it just says that there is no license. Have tried restarting and reinstall with no luck any suggestions?

For those following the thread, USB dongles were discontinued several years ago and the installer for Stardraw Design 7.3 does not include dongle drivers.  All users with a current Subscription that still have a USB dongle are urged to switch over to a Cloud-based license; this can be done quickly and easily - and free of charge, of course - by contacting techsupport@stardraw.com.
