After a quick Team Viewer session to your machine, I was able to download the latest Stardraw Design 7.1 Installer, which we had updated in the last 2 weeks, and the installation went smoothly.

The Digital Certificate that was used to sign the installer had expired so we had re-signed the installer and uploaded a new version recently. Unfortunately it looks like you were using the previous installer.

I have checked again for updates, there where none.
The issue isnt resolved.

Hi Pascal,

Please confirm that your Windows installation is fully up to date.  Even if you think it is, please run Windows Update now and, assuming you do not intend to upgrade to Windows 10, choose More Updates and accept all Critical and Important updates.  Repeat until no more Critical or Important updates remain.

Does this resolve the issue?

When I try to install Stardraw 7.1 on my computer it try's to install the sentinel run-time environment. This gives no errors and it continues as normal.
The stardraw 7.1 setup wizard starts and when i press install. It starts and then crashes to the desktop. When I start the installer again it does the exact same thing.
This is on an up to date Windows 7 professional 64 bit, I have a virus scanner on it. But as a test I turned this of. This had no effect.
