Does the cost information have to be entered for every product and does it save that information in the database? Or is there a suggested way to import this information? Of course the pricing can change form year to year so just curious of any best practices to keep it up to date. Of course this is all a mute point if the information (cost, sale price etc) has to be entered each time. Can you give me some guidance concerning this? Trying to figure out how usable the reports are.
