Can you describe the problem more fully?
In the Manufacturer Libraries dialog you will see a list of Available Manufacturers on the left. Select the one(s) you want and click on the ">" button to move them to the list on the right (Selected Manufacturers).
What do you see, what do you do, and what happens?
