I am pleased to report that an update has been published that resolves the issue where layers were not being displayed in the Layers collection when they were created by pasting objects into a drawing.

We are aware of an issue that can sometimes cause problems creating new layers and refreshing the list of available layers. We are investigating this now and will post back to this thread with an update as soon as we can.

I am currently editing your ANSI titleblocks. I want to add another size (A-Size Legal). I create a new page and I copy and paste the title block from the A-Size landscape into the new page. When I do the Layers are different. In the old one there is a layer for where the drawing are placed. On the new page that layer is not available. Is there a way to "copy" the whole drawing without just copying and pasting what is in it?
