Insert logo into drawing

Group: Forum Members Posts: 27, Visits: 102	Having trouble trying to insert our logo into a drawing sheet. Using Insert Object, Create from File, select the source .bmp file and Stardraw become non responsive. The source file opens in Paint if I double-click it. Insert Object, Create New using Paint works. Any ideas? Tim

Group: Administrators Posts: 2.3K, Visits: 8.9K	Hi Tim, The 'unresponsiveness' sounds like sounds like Stardraw is waiting for the OLE server application (probably Paint) to fire up and do its thing. Do you see any messages saying that it's waiting for a response from the server with options to Retry and Switch To...? It may be that you need to tweak the file association settings. This is a slightly grey area as it's machine-dependent, but see http://www.stardraw.com/products/stardrawav/FAQ.asp?FAQ=017&AppName=AV and in particular the link to the Microsoft Knowledge Base.
