This drawing originated in 1998, trying to update it.  Stuck in 1.5" line width, for dogleg, line or cable tool.  Tried modifying different lines, unlocked document, turned off snaps, turned of ortho, changed layers, closed and reopened.... giving up on this drawing for today.  Wasted an hour. 

This problem seems tied to this series of drawings.

Any ideas?

Hi Linda,

Have you tried changing the Line Width editbox in the Style toolbar?  Set it to 0 and all should be well.

Yes, of course I tried to edit the line width from the tool bar.  What are my other options? 

I got this to work by copying other lines that were the correct width, modifying their path, and color.

Closing and reopening worked on one drawing but not another in the series.

Out of interest, what happens if you set the line width to a very small value that is larger than 0, e.g. 0.01"?
