I created a User Defined Product, and it was visible in the User Defined list initially. However, after I rebooted my system and logged in again, that particular product no longer appears in the list.

Interestingly, the product is still visible in the Product Attribute spreadsheet. I have tried logging in again and rebooting multiple times, but I am still unable to view it under the User Defined list.

Is there a reason why the product isn’t appearing in the User Defined list?

Sometimes it is reported that products have 'disappeared' from the Product Browser - which I assume is the 'list' you mean - but this is usually normal behavior.

A Product is only listed in the Product Browser if it has a symbol for the current drawing type e.g. if you're working in a Rack Layout drawing the Product will only be listed if it has a Rack Layout symbol.

What drawing type fails to show your User Defined Product (UDP) and what symbol types have you created for that UDP?

Yes, I was referring to the User Defined Product list on the left corner.
The product is a User Defined Product: Manufacturer - Middle Atlantic Products, Model - ERK-3525.
I’m working on the same project, which has multiple drawing sheets. For some reason, the product is visible in the list on some drawing sheets, but not on others.

Is there a possible reason why this might be occurring?

Yes, a Product is only listed in the Product Browser if it has a symbol for the current drawing type.

You can see the drawing type in the Properties Grid (right side) at the bottom under General Information.

Because the UDP is a rack it is likely to have a symbol for Rack Layout and Plan View drawings but, unless you have created symbols for other drawing types, it won't be listed in the Product Browser for drawings of type Block Schematic, Pictorial Schematic or Panel Layout.
