Looking to see how to correct this issue, this error comes up when trying to import a DWG file. Haven't seen this pop up before but this now comes up after the latest 7.4 update that I was prompted to install. Tried to follow the link it suggests at the bottom but it didn't take me anywhere. Thanks


 

Thanks for your post.  I suspect you may not have used the latest installer for the Stardraw Design 7.4 Beta.
Please uninstall Stardraw Design 7.4 and then reinstall using https://cdn.stardraw.com/downloads/stardraw/Design%207/Setup%20Stardraw%20Design%207.4.exe
Does this resolve the issue?

Thank you, I'll try that. Would keeping 7.3 installed alongside it cause any issues? Should I uninstall 7.3? Haven't used it in months anyway.

By design, SD7.3 and SD7.4 Beta can be installed and run side-by-side with no issues.  SD7.3 is currently the release version of software while SD7.4 Beta is the public Beta of our upcoming release.
