Hi Rob,

When a symbol or a feather is dragged into a drawing to make a connection with a cable already designed, the cyan line of the IO stub is above the cable line.
This doesn't occur if the cable is placed after a symbol or a feather.
Is there a "bring to front" or a "send to back" command ?

Yes, in the Arrange | Order menu.  

Note also the keyboard shortcuts i.e. Ctrl+Shift+F for Move to Front and Ctrl+Shift+B for Move to Back.
