A minor maintenance update that addresses data-related issues encountered in the field.
1) A fix to make export to DWG more robust in cases where a bad record in a project file might previously have caused the error "eInvalidInput" when exporting a drawing to DWG.
2) An update to the timing and sequence in which licensing is checked on application startup when Stardraw Design 7.3 is invoked by Shell Open (i.e. doubleclicking on a .S07 file).  Previously if the project file was very small and/or loaded very quickly, AND the actions by which the application goes online, signs in the user and checks the user's license were slow, a 'race condition' might ensue meaning that the project loaded before the license, and this could result in missing drawing tabs.  This fix now ensures that license details are always loaded before the project is rendered in every case.
