Significant performance improvement when working on very large project files.  The length of time taken to load up a large project file (e.g. 2,500 product instances, 24 drawing tabs) and the time required to switch to any drawing in that project for the first time is approximately halved.
This update also fixes a minor reqression where an exception might be thrown when closing an empty project file.
