Is there a way to set up cables to have a default connector that is editable.

If I'm on the Video Circuits layer, have the cables default to BNC, Belden 1505A in the properties.

Very time consuming to enter cable by cable.

I thought the symbol, when created, would store what type of connector the I/O is.

It's not currently possible to store arbitrary 'cable presets', but this is very high on the development priority list.
