Hi Ro2,
Please attach the project file to a post, or email it to us, and we will be happy to investigate.
One question - what is your objective in exporting to Visio? Does someone need to edit your drawing in Visio, or are you trying to achieve something else? If we understand what you are trying to achieve it may be that there is a better way to reach that goal.

Hi Ro2,
The best way to insert a drawing into Powerpoint is to use the Windows Enhanced Metafile format (.EMF) - this will give the best results since EMF is the native vector format for MS Office applications including PowerPoint.
We will investigate the Visio export, but .EMF will allow you to do what you need without going through an intermediary file format, thus eliminating an unnecessary step.
