Fixes bug that that failed to create a new drawing if the desired template was already selected.
Fixes DWG import scaling where units are non-unity e.g. 1 Unit = 12 Inches.
Fixes DWG export crash where custom symbols include objects with non-proportional scaling.
Fixes DWG export crash where text is formatted as bold and italic.
Fixes rightclick copy, rightclick paste issue in which 2 copies would be created.
Fixes issue in first-run Manufacturer Library selection.
