As long as your subscription is current we will swap out your old parallel dongle for a shiny new USB one entirely free of charge.  Additionally, we can issue you with a temporary unlock code to allow you to work with the new PC while the new dongle is in transit.

Please email techsupport @ stardraw.com (no spaces) with your details as you cannot be identified from your forum nickname and, if you require an unlock code, include the Site Code from the new machine (in Stardraw select Help | About Stardarw and click on Security).  Thanks.
