Can you confirm exactly when this problem happens ? Is it when installing the Viewer ? or perhaps when you run the Viewer or when you load up a Stardraw file ?
I have just personally checked the viewer again by downloading a fresh copy from our website and it all seems fine.
Can you try downloading the viewer again and ensure that you have no Smart Download Accelerators enabled as these are sometimes too smart for their own good.
If you post a reply letting us know exactly when this happens we can investigate this further and provide you with a fix asap.
