The easiest way to achieve this is to turn off the high detail in the racks environment.  The low detail view in the rack environment shows the outline of the rack or rackmountable products and their manufacturer name and model number.

To toggle High Detail off and on, click on Tools | View | High Detail - from the menu bar.
