For the resolution to the Excel message, please see the FAQ : When Stardraw Starts Why Do I See a Message from Excel Saying "The file you are trying to open, 'Stardraw AV 2007 System Attributes.xls' is in a different format..."? The "server busy" message is a symptom of the same problem - the server is Excel and it's waiting for user input.
If you experience any difficulty implementing the fix from the FAQ we recommend that you uninstall, then download and install the current version of Stardraw AV which resolves this issue. This will not delete or overwrite any of the work you have done, although it never huirts to take a backup of your own data files.
