Hi Kevin,Rather than using humps to show where cables don't cross, the standard that Stardraw is designed to support uses a Junction Dot to show where cables do join. This standard promotes a cleaner and clutter-free drawing.
Simply click on the Junction Dot tool 
and then click on the junction.
