Damaged files after saving

Hi there,

I saved a worked file under new name. After saving procedure the Stardraw keeps hanging/freeze. I had to close it with task manager (hhis happens also all 2-3 hours, while working). After that the file was unreachable, following message is shown now when I want to open the file: "Your subscription level is not authorised to access this symbol. If you wish to update your subscription, please contact stardraw.com".
So I started my work again, and saved the file always with a new name, like V1, V2, V3... Coming to V12 I saved my finished work (after a lot of hours!). So I've got 12 versions of my file. But reachable are just files until V7. All files after that are empty, just a little textfile 0.00 in the middle of nowhere. But the filesize is over 1MB, like other drawings with a lot of content. So I think, my work is anywhere but not visible. What's wrong here?? I work with the newest version, Pro. Update made, also reinstalled.

Hi,

This sounds very strange - can you post to the forum, or email techsupport@stardraw.com, the last working version of your file, and one or more of the versions that appear t be damaged?  Can you also tell us your dongle number (in Stardraw select Help | About Stardraw - the dongle number is shown in the dialog)?  Thanks
