I have managed to install up to the point where it connects to the website and asks me to run live update but every time i try it crashes explorer and shuts down,

Ive been to the FAQ and done a forum search with no joy.

Make sure your system is up-to-date with any updates from Microsoft by clicking on http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

I presume IE is your default browser and that you have administrative privilege and that you are running on a 32bit machine - either XP or Vista.

If you still have problems after trying the above, please let us know the specific error you get and when and we will try and diagnose the problem further.

The error i keep getting says stardraw installer.exe has stopped working,

Is it worth trying to re download??

Re format did the trick

Im now up and running but struggling to understand one of the tutorials, in tutorial 3 it says to input the document properties to make the outline a size of a4 in landscape yet in the boxes it displays the standard 10 x and y max dimensions, i have tried inputting the size of an a4 in but then the grid is far too sapced out and i cant seem to reduce the spacing on the grid!
