Learning the basic use of StarDraw AV lite

I really wanna start using StarDraw, but I cant get HELp topic working. Is ther any other way to learn to use Stardraw ? Iv eused Designer earlier , should stay on it. It would be very usefull to read User Manual on a paper

Stardraw A/V Lite uses an online Help system, therefore you must have a connection to the internet to view Help.  When you select Help | Help Topics, your Internet Browser should start up and go to the following URL:
 
If nothing is displayed when you select Help | Help Topics it is likely that a pop-up blocker is preventing the initialisation of the browser window.  You should be able to fix this by changing your browser or pop-up blocker settings.  Alternatively you can simply follow the link above to view the Help system.

Well I thought I had solved my problem...

Yesterday I ran the update and synchronised manufacturers, I was then able to use the symbols and try out making some racks.

This morning I turned on my computer, and there are no symbols in the library, so I attempted to synchronise manufacturers again (also adding a couple of manufacturers). The website hangs on 'downloading manufacturer information' and does nothing. Is this something in my setup or a problem with the server? Why weren't the symbols i downloaded last night saved?

help please!
