User Defined Products Sync Issue

Good morning,

We're having an issue with our User Defined Products not syncing. One of our users in our office purchased a new laptop and we installed 7.4 on their machine. When we went to apply our UDP we received the following error. 

"One or more errors occured. (Response status code does not indicate success: 404 (The specified blob does not exist.).)"

We have quite and extensive library of UDP that we would like to continue to use, and rebuilding it would be incredibly tedious.

Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Please email techsupport@stardraw.com confirming the email address of the account you use to sign into Stardraw Design 7.4.  With this information we will be able to investigate the error.

Thanks for confirming the account you use.

Your UDP database will now synch correctly.  Please restart Stardraw Design 7.4 and wait for the UDP synch to complete.  As you mentioned, you have an extensive UDP library so the first synch could take a long time because ALL records and symbols have to be downloaded; please be patient.  After the initial synch has completed, subsequent synchs will be much quicker because only changes to the library will be synchronized.
