Hi Guys,
I have noticed that a few mergerged manufacturers are still in the library as seperate catalogues,
It would be great if they were merged to only use a single instance.
Examples
Aterotech > QSC
Apart > Biamp
etc.

Hi Keith,
The libraries in SD7 are made up entirely of discrete manufacturers or 'brands'. Once added, we never delete a manufacturer or its products from the libraries, however, when informed that products are out of production, we mark them as 'Obsolete'. These libraries must remain available to users who produce documentation using legacy equipment for as-builts, or rental systems etc.
The Atterotech brand appears to be alive and well and we will continue to add new products to this library in SD7 as and when new products are requested by users in the field. I'm not so sure about Apart though, which appears to have been absorbed and whose products may have now been rebranded as Biamp.
It's noted then that the Atterotech and Apart libraries are due an update in this regard, and we'll investigate and update these libraries in due course. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As always, if you require any products that are not yet included in the libraries, for any manufacturer, please request them using our Product Request Service.
