My bloc schematic is finished,
is it possible to update a product bloc in the block schematic after I edited the product?
until now, I delete the bloc and drag the new version

Yes, that is the correct and, currently, only technique; if a UDP symbol has been edited, delete the old symbol from the drawing. The product will return to the Available Symbols Palette and when you drag the product back into the drawing it will use the new symbol.
