Hello having some frustrating things happen in my reporting.
All my products have information in the "Type" field. When I make a cost report by Type however, things get a little messed up. For instance I have 2x Yamaha RPio622 and 1x Rio-1608 in my project. When I run the report however it tells me there are 3x Rio-1608. Likewise I have 2x Yamaha HY-256-TL TWINLANE MM Optical cards and 1x Yamaha HY-144-D Dante Interface card, but in the report it says I have 3x HY-144-Ds.
In looking in my products list, all is correct there. When I do other reports like by Location some products with the correct Location do not appear in the report. I retype the information in the fields and even copy paste but nothing seems to work.
