1) Adds support for PDF 2.0
2) Refactors controls within controls i.e. Tools | Personalization | Cable Attributes & Presets, and Tools | Personalization | Symbol Directories to ensure that all controls are visible as designed when running on operating systems where the system font is a non-standard height. This change is implemented specifically for Korean and Chinese operating systems whose default system font is a different height from Windows EN/US even though in both cases the default system font may be reported as the same height. For example, US uses Microsoft Sans Serif 9pt and Korean uses Gulim 9pt, but the fonts are not the same height. This could, previously, have caused layout and display issues..
