Not sure how to request a generic product on the request page since there's no part number. I'm looking for patch bays with keystone blank cutouts and modules that can be entered into this panel for RJ45, RJ11, BNC, HDMI, RCA, etc. to create custom patch panels. (1U, 2U, 3U space)(12, 16, 24, 36, 48 keystones) How would I go about requesting this? I'm not proficient enough in AutoCad to create these on my own but I'm sure others would benefit as well.
Thanks, Wolf

Thanks, Wolf Hi Wolf, Please use the Product Request System to request ALL products that you require symbols for.
For generics, the Model Number can be anything or it can form part of the description - there's a very good chance we'll change both anyway. For generics again, it can be useful to include details of, or a link to, a product that we can base the generic symbols on. If that happens to be a product that we already have in the libraries - even better :-) You can also email any supporting information or documentation to symbols @ Stardraw .com
I hope this helps
Kind regards Kevin Harrison

I just wasn't sure how to ask for this in the limited fields on the request page. I have done so and sent an email.
