Hi,
Is there a way to login again when the soft disconnect. It happen sometimes and it's impossible to save your work so you loose everything. This is really frustrating and i really don't understand your logic. Even if internet is working this boring soft don't want to reconnect. I tried to go into Tools > Personnalisation. The only stupid message with no other action is "do you have a problem to login?".... Is it serious???

Hi Blip,
I think there is some confusion: you do not need to be online to Save. Here's an explanation:
1) You only need to be online to Take or Release a license.
2) Once your computer is licensed it stays licensed until you release the license. In other words it does not matter if your computer goes on- and off-line during a session - as long as your computer was licensed when the session started it will stay that way throughout.
If you have started a session and your computer is not licensed you can Take a license mid-session, assuming you are online, by choosing Help | About Stardraw Design 7.3. After a few seconds you will see a popup saying that your computer is not licensed, and this dialog allows you to Take a license.
But to restate, you do not need to be Online to Save, and you only need to be online to Take or Release a license.
