A maintenance update that fixes some exotic, non-terminal bugs:
1) Fixes the import of DWG files that contain very, very small Arc objects.
2) Eliminates the generation of an ArgumentOutOfRangeException error which might sometimes occur if a Viewer (drawing tab) is deleted from a project.
3) Eliminates the generation of a PropertyChangedException error which might occur if certain values in the Properties Grid, e.g. X or Y values, are changed and then, sometime later, an Undo sequence is executed in the Viewer (drawing tab).
