Maintenance update:
1) Updates behavior of Save As dialog to enforce and ensure that it's clear that the Project is being saved as .S07 format; misleading dropdown entry of "All Files (*.*)" removed.
2) Fixes bug which might throw an error when exporting to EMF or image formats.
3) Forces one-time re-synch of product categories to ensure integrity of listings in the Product Browser.
