Title Block in Drawings But Not in Print or in PDF Print

I am trying to create PDF to take to a print house to make prints on Arch D size paper.

I‌ added a Title Block to the block diagram I am working on and I can see it in the workspace but when I print it doesn't appear.

I am unable to figure out why it isn't showing up in the prints.

Hi Roger,

D‌oes the whole drawing, including the Title Block, show in the preview window of the Print Dialog?

H‌ave you set a Print Area?  If so, use File | Print Area | Clear to remove it and then the whole drawing will print.

I‌f the above does not help solve the issue, please email your .S07 project file to techsupport@stardraw.com and we will be happy to check it out.‌‌‌

Interesting update:
I selected and copied the drawing and pasted it into a new block diagram drawing and I can now see the title block in the printout.

I‌n the first block diagram, I can see the title block, but it doesn't print.

I sent you the file from Hendrik's email address. He is now doing the drawing work for the company.

Thanks for sending the file.

The issue is that a Print Area has been set. This functionality excludes objects outside of the Print Area when printing.

As mentioned earlier, in the drawing select File | Print Area | Clear.  Now when you open the Print dialog you will see the whole drawing.

Copying and pasting has a similar effect because the new drawing will not have a Print Area.

Print Area should only be used if you want to print a portion of the drawing, but not the whole thing.

I hope this is helpful.
