Cloud license not releasing

On 11/4 starting 7.3 on laptop named MSI always connected to internet. SD says license not available. When I press the details on the computer holding the license it says MSI holds the license. since 11/3 I have no options to release the license and the software works with save and print options disabled. I signed out and back in again no change. Computer being used for this instance is actually called MSI running Windows 10 Home edition. Been using this for over a week no without any  issues. This just started tonight. Personalization  Settings have release license on program close enabled as well but it's treating the cloud licence as it's on another computer.. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
