+xHi David,
Now it's working fine. Please tell me, it was my mistake or any other reason?
Maciej
Maciej,
Firstly, we are pleased that the fix is working for you.
Secondly, It was not your mistake. We believe there was a bug, that has since been fixed, that could cause this if a UDP was changed and it only partially uploaded the changes to the cloud before the software was closed or the machine turned off or the internet connection was dropped. The bug would only appear on another machine when it would try to synchronise the UDP that had changed. Note that the original machine would not show any problem as it had all the records locally. As you can imagine, this was an extremely difficult bug to find.
Fortunately, it is possible for us to remove the offending records in the cloud once we know of an issue.
I hope that sufficiently explains the problem and that you know it was not your fault..
