Thanks for your post. Our records show that your demo is good through January 2nd 2018 so there should be no problem installing libraries, even if there was a previous demo on that machine.
Please ensure that you have signed in with your registered email address and that you have an internet connection.
If you continue to experience problems please post a screengrab showing the dialog displayed by Tools | Personalization | Manufacturer Libraries that includes the whole of the application window (so that we can verify your sign in details too.)
