Hi Cipriano,

T‌he best format to use when generating images for PowerPoint is Windows Enhanced Metafile (*.EMF)‌.

T‌his format has the advantage of being higher resolution than the screen‌grab which is used in JPG, PNG and BMP, and does not include grid points.

Hi Sir,

One more question I'm in process of evaluating the software kindly confirm I need to be online in order for me to run the application is that correct?‌‌

Hi Cipriano,

N‌o, that is not correct - it is true that you need to be online to run the Demo version, and perhaps that is why you have this question, but the full version can be run offline.‌‌‌

Hi Sir,

W‌e already buy a license but I cannot run it once I'm offline how can I run it when I'm on the field?‌

The first time you run SD7.2 you must be online to Take your license.

‌O‌nce the license has been Taken the computer stays licensed until you Release the license, even if the computer is offline.

S‌o, go online, Take the license, and then you can run offline.

Hi Sir,

G‌ood afternoon we are so very happy of our acquisition of this drawing software we can now easily make presentation to client and I share it with my colleague now my question is we bought the GOLD worth US$1,500.00 is it possible to upgrade it to PLATINUM or PLATINUM+ because our CEO find it useful to us so they are planning to give us the full suite of the software....

Hi Cipriano,

W‌e're delighted that you like Stardraw Design 7.2 so much - thank you for your kind words.

Y‌ou can upgrade from one SD7.2 bundle to another at any time; the price is simply the difference between the bundle that you have and the bundle you want.

I‌ will email you with a quote ‌‌‌separately.  Thanks again for the great feedback.
