Two new features based on recent user feedback and improvements to 7.2 functionality:
- New Feature: A new default Attribute, "ID", which is created in every product that is added to a project. The value of ID is auto-incremented - 1, 2, 3, etc - to give a unique ID number to each product in your project, making it easier to identify each product.
- New Feature: Shift+drag to break connections. For example, in a Block Schematic drawing where symbols are connected by cables you can now use Shift+drag to break a selection away from the things it is connected to. This feature was specifically developed to solve the problem where 2 symbols might be moved on top of each other such that IO connection points overlay and connect; in these cases the symbols might become irreversibly conjoined, but with Shift+drag you can now free one symbol from the other.
- Improvements to PDF Import to support certain PDF files that failed to import correctly.
- Fix to issue that might cause installations running under Dutch regional settings to be unable to import PDF files properly.
- Improvement to synchronization to eliminate 'hangs' when there has been a synch error. When an error is detected for any particular Manufacturer library that whole library will be re-synchronized.
